Reading a book and spending the day outside with someone you love are the rules for a perfect Analog Sunday.

I actually have tried to do this. My family does not observe, and I am weak. BUT. I refuse to turn my computer on first thing, like I do most days, and try to keep it to my phone, so I’m not just wandering the Internet instead of wandering the world.

We need breaks even from the best of things.

How do you walk away from it otherwise?

Well, because I’ve run out any thing to do on it at a given moment. Though I do turn the monitor off so it doesn’t light up the whole house at night.

Full Disclosure, tho:

I have a smartphone? So. That get’s turned off sometimes at night, but mainly just to refresh it. (It will get bogged down if you don’t it every once in a while.)

So it’s like I have two computers and I turn just one of them off. XD
